THE ROLE

After completion of a four week training programme you will be working within a vibrant, exciting and competitive environment as a Sales Executive where you will be making outbound calls to potential clients to offer EMCAS’s claims management service. With training and support of your manager you will work towards achieving set sales targets, once achieved you will earn uncapped commission on-top of your basic salary.

THE SALARY & HOURS

Monday to Thursday 11.00am to 8.00pm & Friday 11.00am to 7.00pm (Early Finish)

No weekends

Basic Salary : Starting Salary £15,210 (£14,298 Under 25) Rising to £15,759.32 after completion of probation period.

Commission : Uncapped Commission paid monthly with realistic average earning of £260 – £2,000 + per month.

Basic Salary Reviews : Month 7: £17,000 Month 8: £18,000 Month 12: £20,000
